Responsibilities:

Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs

Strive for high prospect engagement in order to put them in contact with Sales teams

Help prospects get excited and engage with client teams to evaluate products

Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth leads transition

Work collaboratively with Sales and Partner teams and support them in reaching their targets

Leverage current partner relationships when supporting customer needs and route leads to qualified partners for customized solutions



Job Requirements:

Required Skills:

BA or BS Degree (In lieu of degree, 2 years of relevant work experience)

1 years B2B sales, business development experience, preferably at a tech company

Experience working/selling Splunk products

Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets

Thrive in a fast-paced team where flexibility is critical

Understands the client market

Preferred qualifications:

2-4 years selling experience in hardware/software sales

Direct experience selling SaaS

Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends

Strong communication skills and a data-driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a desire to drive valuable and positive change for a rapidly growing team and business
