Do you have?

Techniques that enable you to set new meetings and calls with new customers in the I.T. space.

Techniques to set up those new meetings via tools like calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, networking, social media and referrals.

Techniques to develop market intelligence on a new customer that will help you set the first meeting, and that will help you identify potential needs within that new customer.

The ability to develop relationships with different levels of I.T. management, line managers to the C.I.O.

A consultative sales approach with the ability to know when to sell, educate, inform, ask questions and ask for the business.

The ability to identify a client s business needs and work with both the client and our internal teams to understand, define and build innovative solutions.

The ability to engage key executives by presenting our capabilities and differentiator s in-person, and in writing, in ways that accelerate the buying process.

The ability to develop a new customer target list with the help of the Market Director and develop an action plan to meet and develop relationships with those customers.

Familiarity with technology tools in the areas of web design, software development, ERP and the Cloud like HTML, JavaScript, .NET, JAVA, SAP, Azure, Amazon Web Services, I.o.T., project management and QA/testing.

The ability to Quarterback and coach a customer opportunity throughout the sales pipeline process with both the customer and internal team.

Apple or Windows based laptops.

Full time role.

Base salary plus one of the best commission plans in the industry.

Job Requirements:
  • Advise client on staffing solutions
  • Creating a top-notch client experience
  • Cultivate strong client relations with C-level clients and win client confidence
  • Provide client consultations about company products or services
  • Conducting client satisfaction surveys and establishing action plans to address client issues/concerns
  • Distribute client profile to global teams
  • Account and all client-facing team members
  • Direct the client HR Staff in workload management, client assignments and determining client HR needs
  • Attend and add value to new client on-boardings
  • Lead highly skilled client delivery teams and enhance and deepen client relationships
  • Complete other ad-hoc duties related to assigned clients and the firm''s client service initiatives

  • Developing strong, expertisebased client relationships
  • Find new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts
